Coupon Organization

There are many different ways that you can organize your coupons. I started out using the clipping and sorting method and I now use the binder method. Everyone will be different, so make sure that the method you choose works best for you.

1. Clipping & Sorting (using an envelope filer or box)
· Clip coupons and sort in filer or box. (You can find these at Wal-Mart or Target)
· Coupons can be sorted alphabetically or by product category.
· PROS: Easy to carry into store, Great with small supply
· Cons: Hard to find coupons
· **Great to start out with**

2. Filing Whole Inserts/Clipless
· File entire inserts according to date and type
· PROS: Easy and quick to sort, No clipping
· CONS: Almost impossible to take into a store

3. Binder Method
· Clipping Coupons and sorting in plastic baseball/photo holders.
· Coupons can be sorted alphabetically or by product category.
· PROS: Easy to find coupons
· CONS: Very time consuming, Hard to keep current
