Hillcrest Publix
I've had a few emails over the past few days about people having problems using coupons at the Publix in Hillcrest. They did change the policy a few weeks ago, but it now seems that they are enforcing even more changes. I know it has got to be frustrating, but keep in mind that they do have the right to change their policy at any time. I would suggest contacting the corporate office and letting them know about this problem. Also, the Publix is Northport is great!!!! If you shop at that store, let them know that you appreciate the coupon policy and that thats the reason you shop there. It wouldnt even hurt if you wanted to call corporate and let them know how great the store in Northport is. In the mean time I will try to get the current policy at the one in Hillcrest. Let us know what you all think about this problem.

I live in the Hillcrest area but I shop for groceries at the Publix in Northport since their coupon policy is so much better. I did voice a complaint to the Hillcrest store. I plan to also call the corporate office.
ReplyDeleteThat is odd, I have never had a problem at the Publix on 69 South. They even go get coupons from flyers in the store I didn't even know were there. I had trouble with Food World about a year ago with coupons that had been downloaded but they finally got that straight.
ReplyDeleteI get conflicting info. from the Hillcrest store. One week they let me use my target coupons and the next week the said they no longer accepted them.
