I found 5 Vicks Q's and decided to try this since I had seen you talk about it. I went to rice Mine Publix and put 5 up there. The cashier said she could only do 3 b/c there was overage. Even though I was buying other stuff. So she took 3 off, then the 4th she overided to .60 b/c she said that would equal the 4th and they would all be free. I got to the car and she had not taken the 5th Q off and kept it! I was already driving down the road, so I did not go back! She swindled me out of my 5th Q!! So I took the 5th product back!! They are cracking down I think!
