Heart and Sole 5K Fun Run

Gabe's Hope Inc., a non-profit organization founded by a friend of mine, Amy Sims, is holding their inaugural Heart & Sole 5K Run for Hope on February 6th. There is also a fun run/walk. Gabe's Hope is named for Amy's son Gabe who was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect (CHD). They also have a Beads of Hope program which celebrates the milestones achieved while in the NICU and they also provide meals to NICU families on the holidays.
