I have a ton of coupons that expire at the end of next week and I am not planning on using them. Instead of throwing them away, I decided I would have a giveaway and let one of you win the coupons! I'll mail an envelope full of coupons (grocery, household, personal coupons) to you tomorrow afternoon if you win the giveaway.

When is the best time to use coupons that say $1/3? Is this saying it's $1 off the total price for 3 of the items? I'm not sure if I used my coupon the other day or if it wasn't rung up correctly at the store.
